These are the only authorized contact channels for Memodyne in the United States. We will never ask for a full card number, a CVV or a password by email, text message or social media. - Batch questions: a photo of the bottle base showing the printed lot code.
- Delivery: the tracking number from your dispatch email.

Payment, shipping and refunds in one place
Memodyne orders are taken by the manufacturer's contracted checkout partner, which is also the party that processes refunds back to your card. Parcels leave within one business day and are picked from the authorized Cycle 2026-C batch. If you want the batch record before you order, it is published here.
