The Memodyne 60-day guarantee, step by step
Sixty days from delivery. Opened bottles accepted. Every package size. One email starts it, and nobody asks you to justify the decision.
What the guarantee covers
The 60-day window runs from the day your parcel is delivered, not the day you ordered it. It applies to every Memodyne package, from the two-bottle starter to the six-bottle supply, and it covers the whole order rather than only the unopened bottles. That last point is the one that matters: a supplement you have not opened cannot tell you anything, so a guarantee that excludes opened bottles is decoration.
How to start a refund

Write to [email protected] with your order number and the word refund. There is no form to fill in and no phone queue to sit through, though you can call +1 (563) 214-7085 during Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CT if you would rather.

Get the return address
You receive return instructions the same business day, including where to send the bottles. Use any tracked service; keep the tracking number.

Send the bottles back
Opened, part-used or sealed, all accepted. Return shipping is the customer's cost, and there is no restocking fee.

Refund to the original card
The manufacturer's contracted retailer processes it once the parcel is received, typically within five to seven business days. Your bank may add its own settlement time.
What is refunded
The purchase price of the product, in full. Original shipping, where it was charged on the two-bottle starter, is not refunded, and return postage is yours. On the three-bottle and six-bottle supplies shipping was free, so the refund is the whole amount you paid.
The limits, stated plainly
- The window is 60 days from delivery. Requests after that fall outside the policy.
- The guarantee applies to orders placed through this portal. A purchase made elsewhere was not processed by us and cannot be refunded by us.
- One guarantee claim per household on a repeat order of the same product.
- Refunds go to the original payment method. We cannot redirect them to a different card.
How to give Memodyne a fair test inside the window
Take one capsule daily at the same time, ideally 20 to 30 minutes before a meal with a full glass of water. Do not stack it with another nitric oxide product, because you will not know which one did what. Sixty days is enough for two full bottles, and most reviewers who notice a change describe it between week two and week four, which leaves you a comfortable margin to decide before the window closes.
